About
The Photographer
I picked up my first camera at 12 years old. Since then it has been almost 30 years of a continuous study of light and human nature.
In my work, I aim to remind of the beauty there is out there — always, all the time. The choice to see beauty is ours, and so is the choice not to.
Competing as a national-level gymnast and seeing war up close broadened my scope of aesthetics in ways I could not have planned. Beauty hides in tension, in stillness, in the in-between — and that is where I look.
